A first-launch compatibility fix for Windows PCs with pre-existing AppData folder names.

Fixed

• Fresh installations now choose a safe Atlas data folder when unrelated folders already use both preferred AppData names, instead of stopping before the app opens.
• Existing Atlas data roots are still recognized and reused, while unrelated folders are left untouched.
