A focused hotfix for updates, plugin delivery, offline Plugin Center artwork, and first-time editor setup.

Improved

• Atlas now stays responsive while preparing an update and keeps the corner mascot visible while installation is handed off.
• Update progress shows transfer speed and an estimated remaining time, and a transfer that truly stops offers a clear retry instead of waiting forever.
• First-party Plugin Center overview artwork is bundled with Atlas, so it remains visible offline and cannot disappear when an image host is unavailable.

Fixed

• Fixed plugin Update buttons pointing at packages that were not present in production, and made install or update failures visible instead of silently doing nothing.
• Fixed Edit failing silently when no image editor was configured; Atlas now opens the editor setup prompt on first use.
• Reduced updater log and progress-event overhead that could make Atlas appear frozen during a download.
